Fabric Transfer Instructions:

Ideal: 400° F with high pressure for 30+ seconds; then peel paper from application.

Lowest temperature: 375-385° F with high pressure for 45+ seconds. Any cooler and the sublimation process will take longer to transfer. Likely will need to be pressed longer for colors to transfer so that results are not low saturation.

Highest temperature: 415°F with high pressure for 25+ seconds. Anything hotter than 435°F could cause burns.

The ideal image is a PNG with transparent background saved at 300 dpi and the size to print.

*For all images, a resolution of 300 DPI is recommended at the size you would like printed. for example 300 DPI @ 43″x24″

Artwork will print as it is provided. We will not edit artwork in any way unless it is requested or if the design requires artist attention. When artist help is requested or required, a digital art proof will be provided for $25. Production turnaround will begin upon proof approval.

Artwork Mirroring: Do not mirror your file, our printer does this automatically.

Size: Maximum size is 43″ x 240″ – please request a quote for larger sizes. The Dye-Sublimation transfers have an added size allowance of less than .25″ for the variable length.

Text: Convert all text to curves/outlines before uploading.

Colors: Full color, digitally printed in RGB. RGB does not reproduce fluorescent or metallic colors.

Special effects: Digital transfers are printed in full RGB color and may contain special effects, fades, shadows, shading, and photographic images within the artwork.
