Rush orders can typically be done same day as long as they are ordered before 1pm Eastern Standard Time, but not always. This is why we like to suggest you call us at 616-452-3941 to confirm a printing time. Especially if you need an IMMEDIATE rush job printed.
Our printing hours are typically Monday through Friday from 10am – 6pm. If a weekend rush print is needed, we should be able to accommodate your need for an additional fee.

Choke means “choking” back the white ink background so the white back does not overlap the graphic. For the best product, ALWAYS order white graphics on a separate gang sheet from your color graphics and click low/no choke so white is not choked back. Note: DTF has limitations for small fine graphics. All graphics are so different, so the learning curve will be to “try it”. We cannot be responsible for reprinting graphics if there are small, fine white graphics on same gang sheet as color graphics.
Yes, Artwork of photo-realistic quality does print with our DTF transfers.

You can set your orders to pickup your prints at any of our locations: Production (32nd St – 24hr p/u), North (Northland Dr.), or South (Wilson Ave.). We use UPS to ship our orders.
Not usually. Under some circumstances when you place your orders immediately after one another, we can make an exception and ship orders together, however, once orders are received they are separated for production. Having those orders meet at shipping is very unlikely. If you do send orders immediately after each other and want to have them shipped together, please note on both others and check PU Production on one order. If your orders DO happen to meet in shipping, we will box together and ship even though there is shipping charged on both orders.
For DTF Transfers, there are no minimums.
We require .PNG artwork. If you do not have a usable .PNG, we can do it for you! We have a flat $40 fee for artwork services.
If you submit finished .PNG art, there is no fee. If you need us to create or recreate artwork, we have a flat $40 fee. We do not charge by the hour or based on complexity.
Your first 2 revisions are free. There is a $20 fee for each additional revision.
The printable area of our sheets is 22″ x 120″. We have a page dedicated to Ganging Tips.
6 months to 3 years if stored in a clean, cool, and dry place. Cut transfers apart and store flat with kraft paper in between.
